Hello there
I am facing issue on my Galaxy Note 10+
It auto brightness is not working perfectly. Most of the time it remains to lowest setting.

Power saving off
Please fix

go to settings >apps>click on 3 dot at right top corner>click on show system apps>search in search bar for camera sensor light
then click on it
and go to storage >clear cache and clear data then check

just do one thing......go app settings....search device health service app.....go to storage.....manage storage.....then reset auto brightness option...clear data of all .....restart your device then check ✔

 To resolve "brightness" issue please follow below given steps:

1) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
