Clear Ar cache/data and try

go to settings>applications>select ar emoji>click on storage>clear cache/data

Make sure you have the latest version of the app or check for your phone update.

If still not working, try restarting your phone
or
Clear App cache

go to settings>applications>select ar emoji>click on storage>clear cache/data
