I am using Note 10+ with oneUI 2.1. There is a stutter in animation whenever the app drawer is closed by swiping up on the navigation bar.It is more visible if the swipe gesture is done ever so slightly and there are widgets on the homescreen. But if the app drawer is closed by swiping on the app drawer itself, there is no issue.
