It seems like Samsung has already decided what features to give Galaxy Note 8 in Android Pie One UI. All that posting in Beta fourms was waste, Still One UI eats lot of RAM, No AI flaw detection, Intelligent Scan. 

On surface one can notice changes in One UI like Dark Mode and revamped Icons. For month or two it's a totally new device feel & after that back to normal.

If you are using Dark Mode 24/7 then Yes. otherwise not much has changed

Well, that's our reaction for everything.
After spending 69k on a phone, my excitement last for only a week. I don't even remember when was the last time I used S Pen. We will always have buyers regret.

Software update is no exception.
