sorry brother there is no Android 10 aka one UI 2.0 for note 8 because it has passed its life expectancy (2 years of updates)

Untill now , Note 8 is not mentioned in the list of devices that will get android 10. This is because samsung provides two major android updates . You will get security updates upto three years.
you can use good lock app to use gesture feature of android 10.
