Hi guys 👋 I just bought s22 ultra 2 days back, today I tried to update my phone, after updating I can't hear the person on call, the volume is too low 😅  I couldn't hear even a word not really sure what I should do. Do any of you facing the issues ?  Pls do comment.

Ya I played but I can't really tell if I am hearing from earpiece as it's so low, even on calls I can hear very low voice.

If it's that low,then definitely it's having some issue.

Yeah sure. However I do believe all customers should be treated equal.

Yes, any new buyer is a privileged customer. He/She is not only buying a phone but services of that brand. It doesn't mean old customers should be neglected but when you are buying a new phone that too flagship one then you don't expect it to face such issues.

I finally have factory reset my phone, even after reset I had low earpiece volume, after that I just signed in to my Google account & kept my phone on charging, 45 min later I tried to call 📞 & everything 🙃 was working good 👍, I am still not sure what went wrong 🤔.

It's been 2 days after reset & everything is fine no issues 🙂, I realized the issue caused because I have restored my apps data from my old device backup 😅, so after reset everything is fine 😁,
