Add call option not available in phone dialler

Am using Samsung Note 20 ultra , Model SM-N986N

Native phone dialler is not having Add call option. Please refer images attached 

Anybody facing such issue..help of this will be much appreciated

I have samsung Z fold 3.
Facing the same issue. No add call button. It shows call recording button instead.

Hi, I'm also using a Samsung note20 ultra korean version, I'm also facing the same issue on add call+ options. Iam unable to do conference call due to this.. 

Did you find any solution?

Don't know why samsung not providing simple call support for a phone dialer ... its really
Pathetic ... I sold my phone a year back ...not using samsung phones now .. only using samsung Tablets
