Add call option not available in phone dialler

Am using Samsung Note 20 ultra , Model SM-N986N
Native phone dialler is not having Add call option. Please refer images attached 

Anybody facing such issue..help of this will be much appreciated

Also I have raised this issue to Samsung , they have escalated the issue to next team ..this is what the reply received from Samsung

Thanks for your effort . I have tried by calling other number, after that call was accepted I tried option through three dots on top right corner..but add call option not visible. Please check my SS Screenshot_20210624-204954_Call.jpg

Have tried a lot ..checked the three dots and settings etc ..no use . Check this link similar issue reported by other user of samsung https://support.google.com/android/thread/27705145/add-call-button-missing-after-updating-to-android...
