Add MsgStar and ScreenStar to Goodlock 🔒

Dear uncle Sam 😁,
Some portion that can get added to Good lock is to add ScreenStar and MsgStar.

 1) Now what does each do?

 a) MsgStar( pls add this to MultiStar)
 will allow users to customize the way incoming msg getz displayed on there screen with small animation effects.
  
 b) ScreenStar
 will allow users to customize the unlock and lock screen effects while users locks or unlocks screen.
Ex 1: pls refer note2 unlock screen effects like ink,lenz flare, water ripple effect...etc
Ex 2: pls refer screen off and lock in playstore it has effects like old tv style, zoom, blink ...etc

Note:
 1) Plz see the screen shot/gifs below, I am sure it will not consume tooo much of batteries life👍as it will be implemented by Sam uncle😁
 2) I am sure it will take some time to implement, it should be just fine as no body is in hurry👍
