Note 9 is flagship but Samsung is not giving any priority to it to give monthly updates. Only 2 updates since August and now running on September security patch . Also we got September security patch update on 10 October one month later this not fair Samsung. I love Samsung but only delays in updates. Also no pie updates till now other companies had provided to their flagship, midrange phones . Pls Samsung work on it. Provide time to time updates to all on time pls not delay.

• During the initial setup after purchase or when restoring data • When downloading large files • When using apps that require more power or using apps for extended periods – When playing high-quality games for extended periods – When recording videos for extended periods – When streaming videos while using the maximum brightness setting – When using the Screen Mirroring feature (When connecting to a TV) • While multitasking (or, when running many apps in the background) – When using Multi window – When updating or installing apps while recording videos – When downloading large files during a video call – When recording videos while using a navigation app • When using large amount of data for syncing with the cloud, email, or other accounts • When using a navigation app in a car while the device is placed in direct sunlight • When using the mobile hotspot and tethering feature • When using the device in areas with weak signals or no reception • When charging the battery with a damaged USB cable • When the device’s multipurpose jack is damaged or exposed to foreign materials, such as liquid, dust, metal powder, and pencil lead • When you are roaming
Samsung provides two convenient ways to consumers to get involved in Samsung's take back and recycling efforts:-
(i) Fixed drop off locations- includes numerous static locations for consumers to drop off mobile items such as mobiles, camera etc. These locations will be maintained by our authorized partners.
(ii) Collection facility for big consumer electronics products - you can avail pick-up services for television, refrigerators, washing machines etc. by calling Samsung contact center 1800 40 SAMSUNG (1800 40 7267864) or write to us at ewasterecycling@samsung.com.
Regardless of the method, no fee is charged from the consumer for giving the goods for recycling.
