About sharing photos via messenger

After installing latest update on my note9 i cant share any photos from gallery via messenge. Can any one help me to solve this problem?

Try to restart the phone. If still the same, please try to clear the cache and data of the gallery. If still the same, please visit the service center and request for software update.

i did every thing but nothing change.The device already has the latest software....now what can i do?
