Will my Galaxy Note 9 receive One UI 2.1 in near future?

Some people saying Note 9 & s9 will receive but some people saying these devices Will not receive

It's not on Android 11, it's only the Enhanced Version of One Ui 2 on Android 10 only with Improvement & Bug fixes...And if U consider it as Major update then the Series10 is also done bt it is not So...Since it's not on Version11... Though Samu will give it or not that is another thing...
