Can anyone please tell me Why does Note 10+ doesn't charge fast while playing games? It charges at an ultra slow rate.

don't charge your phone while playing games another wise your battery get heat and phone will blast

don't know why ..but know that much...that you are destroying device battery life..because charging during game is not recommended which gurentee hampers battery life as well as device in future....and afterall it's dengerous

When you play games temperature of the device goes up. With intensive games like PUBG internal temperature goes more than 40 degrees Celsius. The temperature also rises when the battery is charged quickly. If the temperature goes beyond certain extent it negatively affects battery health. Prolonged exposure to high temperature can significantly deteriorate battery health. That's why phone monitors the temperature while charging and reduces the charging speed when the temperature is high to protect your battery.

you are absolutely wrong.....I am using galaxy s9 and note 3...and it's charging fast when I am playing games or doing something also...but that is not procedure or recommended which I maintained before...fast charging doesn't interfere with gaming or something....it's only interfere it if software glitches are present probably when someone simply download software wrongly by mobile data instead of firmware flash...temperature will hamper fast battery charges or deplete battery fast only if it's outside environmental temperatures up down not internal temperature as it's monitored by processor itself which known as thermal mitigation hardware process (NOTE...it can be noticable little slow only because one side you are applying charge and another side same time you depleting battery by android apps activities)

It's the way that Samsung has designed... If you charge your phone while your screen is on... It charges slowly... It helps maintain your phone temperature at optimum...
