Hey there!

1) Not just button grid but some other features for phones with ONE UI 2.0 running on Android Q has not been added. You can notice many factors gone missing in Samsung's GOOD LOCK UI customizable app. Maybe it'll be added as an option in future.( No guarantee but a hope.) However it comes with good customization in near future for sure.

2) On S Security, you can find more and best alternative in SETTINGS > BIOMETRICS AND SECURITY > SECURE FOLDER.

3. I can't help it but can give you an advice. Applying launchers can change the look with lots of customization.

Have you got HAL3 and level3/full camera2 api support in the new one ui 2. You can use camera2 api probe app from play store to find out.
