AKG and OTG not working on SM Note 20 ultra

Hello

Please help, my phone does not detect the akg samsung headsets that came with it and also the otg cable that came with it isn't working, but these items work on other devices, I noticed this after the update. Is there a way to ratify this, cause it keeps saying usb disconnected/connected continuously. 

And yes I have tried developer mode options (debugging, media router etc), cache clearing, factory resetting phone but nothing!!!!!!

Is the akg headsets wireless or is it those type c ones

Have you tried restarting the phone that should work

I have the USB type c headsets samasung app installed and I can't even force stop in app settings, cause this was one of the recommendations....so anything type c doesn't work except for the charging options...which makes me conclude the the type c port us working....this must be a software problem

On samsung a12 im having same issue. Also tried all the common alleged fixes nothing works. However on my wifes device the usb c pendrive works perfectly.
