I got a new S23 ultra. If someone calls me it doesn't show their name and number. Any advice please.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Apps > Search "Phone" > click it then locate permissions > allow access to contacts
Step 2. Go to the dialer > click three buttons at the top left corner > click settings > other call settings > scroll down locate "show contacts numbers in calls" > enable that

Or you will have to pay your carrier CLIP fee to show you the number that is calling you...
