Camera 108 mp

I have my note 20 ultra since September 2020 and as from December 2021 my 108 mp camera is not working well . 

When i press on zoom x5 it use the normal camera and the picture are blurry and same when i go on option 108 mp it continues to use the main camera. 

I recently got the android 4.1 and the issue is not solve . 

What should i do ?

Hi Abdulkader52, kindly follow the steps below:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Camera.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Reset settings.
5. Tap Reset.

Hi .i already did everything.
Clear cache also .
And soft reset also
