5g not wroking even after update and jio 5g availability in my area

So i updated my note 20 ultra 5g on 4th of june but even after this jio 5g is not working on my phone. Is it because i am using jio in esim slot ?

Try switching slot that might work. You can wait for few days this might be because of bandwidth.

It says update your software even though i have updated it.

Then it a glitch from jio's side or maybe you could get an another update...

Make sure that your sim slot where jio sim is put ,in that slot Network mode is set to 5G. Ensure that your area has good strength of jio 5G signal. Check the status through MyJio app. If still problem persists then do visit nearby Samsung Cafe and get your phone updated via them. It will work
