5G Software for Note 20 Ultra 5G

Hello Samsung, I purchased Note 20 Ultra 5G for the reason that its a 5G phone, but India's service provider says, my phone needs a software until then 5G can't work on it. You sold this phone stating it's 5G phone, but why the software is missing? Now since 5G is launched in my city, I am unable to use it. In-fact Samsung has to pay me per day certain amount to compensate for the non-availabilty of 5G software in the phone. I think you guys need to learn a lot from Xiaomi, they have released software for all their phones well in advance. I charge you ₹10,000 per day on Samsung for non availability of 5G software. I will soon be sending you a legal notice.

Agree with you. Airtel launched 5G in chennai, the network provider says, Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G is not a 5G phone. Shame on you Samsung....m

Yes! All of us should collaborate and take Samsung to court and penalize them. When a handset like the Note 20 ultra is claimed to be 5g and charged a premium rate of 105000.00 they are committed to provide all the features and specifications.
A consumer court case against the company is in order.
A handset bought in India should be able to use all features globally.
Do they take us Indians as scapegoats by charging us exorbitant rates for the handset?
