You mean showing number on lock screen..if soz then you can find it in lock screen>scroll down to contact information

No no. In the contact list, there should be an option to select which contacts to be displayed in contact list,whether from mail id or from sim, its not there. In other phones its called "contacts to display" option.

that was in old phones. New phones with custom skin do nit have that feature

if you click on all contacts it will show other options in sim sd card google .. if this is what u are asking

open contacts app
