It's part of calling app,so that you can know incoming calls/call is/are important..

It appears while making calls(only works on Samsung devices)

Started from S8 series(if am not wrong)

i have this option in my galaxy m21 😅😅 but i don't know what is the use of this feature
whenever i make a call sometime it appears some times not
and i have no idea what it is

what is current software version in your device?

I have Galaxy m30 and it has pretty much on the end of software support
The last major update was of Android 10 with Oneui 2.0 in Dec 2019 and its still running on the same oneui (core) 2.0
