voice problem

My 5 year baby call to other person so not cliyarly voice in normal call or video call .M51 mobile so solve please problems. Other people not listen voice my beby

go to settings >general Management >reset >reset network
and meanwhile Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>...))

and see result

you did reset network, result also all ok, then most probably its not hand set issue, since when this issue started
