Galaxy M1. Download an app called 'ForceLTE' from playstore.
link:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xsquarestudio.forcelte
2. Open the app and tap on 'sim 1 settings' (assuming your Airtel sim is in slot 1, if not, put it in slot 1.)
3. In the settings that pops up, select 'lte only' from the 'Set prefered network type' dropdown menu.
4. Now the internet will stay on lte and there would be no fluctuations. If Airtel supports VoLTE in your area (which I'm sure it does), youll be able to make and answer calls too, when this setting is enabled. Otherwise, youll have to set it to lte/umts auto to make calls.

Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
