usb connecting disconnecting issue

Im samsumg #m30s user   i got and update to.andriod 10 and aftr installing with few days notification show usb connected disconnected

Any body knows the solution to.this

go to notifications and check

go to settings and type in search bar usb go to usb settings and turn off notification

reset settings once👍👍👍👍

just reset the settings of Usb app

the ur connected device and he phone option always switches over continously
