Dear Samsung team,

I am unable to SMS from message app after recent update, i have performed every step, 1.Clear data 2.Safe mode 3. Factory rest. When I used the same sim on other phone I am able to send SMS. When I have checked In settings message center number showing as (not set)  when I tried to input number manually, it says showing pop up unable to save center address

1. Go to: Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> enable “Volte calls” in your Sim1, then -> Network mode, enable ‘LTE/4/3/2G (auto connect)’.
2. Then, go to Messages app. Tap on three dots on upper hand right corner. Then Settings -> More settings -> Text messages -> Message centre, check if phone number given there belongs to area in which your phone number is registered. If it shows wrong area phone number, then replace it with the correct area phone number. For example, if your phone number is registered with Kerala area of Airtel. The Airtel SMS centre number for Kerala is +919898051916. If Message centre has wrong area phone number, then you will be unable to send or receive SMS messages.

So best approach is, change the sima card to different slot. If you have dual sim then exchange the sim after reset all network settings. Then restart and install all configuration message that you receive.
Now go and check, number should be updated or it will allow you to add.
If you have only one sim then for once add other sim to that slot and restart phone and replace back and restart.
