unable to change custom ringtone in M30s

Hey guys, 

Is anyone facing issue in changing the ringtone of your Samsung Galaxy M30s to custom ringtone. It is not allowing me to change the default ringtone. Can anyone please help me to change the ringtone please.

Go to Settings->Sounds and Vibration.

Select RINGTONE.

Select the SIM you want to set custom ringtone.

You can choose pre installed ringtones or add custom ringtone by tapping on ADD in the right top corner.

Select the ringtone from your phone internal storage.

Then Tap on Done.

2. Try on safe mode
3. reset your phone

i also don't see the 'ADD' option in the right top corner. 😫

Perform reset apps prefrences
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
or
perform normal phone reset settings

i am infact not getting the 2nd screenshot that you have shared to view inbuilt tones and to add custom tones. Something's wrong with my phone.😩

problem is the name and device model
m series = mahal faltu series

It works on my phone. Try resetting your phone.
