Unable to change custom Ringtone

I can't set custom Ringtone at my new M31 phone.

It's showing attached message.

I tried resetting the apps settings. Done reset of phone. Still there is no possibility.

Bro,follow these steps
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps >scroll down to sound picker>slect it>click on permissions>grant all permissions
