sometime side/ power key not working on m51

Sometime side/power key doesn't work and sometime doesn't unlock sound work.

Report it to authority then ...
becoz it might be a software issue with your phone becoz as u said that unlocking sound also doesn't work

it's works but when I rapidly use(lock/unlock) then it doesn't works..
