1. Why the the charging  with original charger is very slow? (Around 3.45 hrs)

2. It lags too much while using 2 to 3 apps at same time.

3. Why it isn't showing data usage on the notification  bar?

It's entry level smartphone . There are so many things they exclude for cost cutting. So can't expect a decent performance from that.


And for the 3rd one. I think you're asking about internet velocity. So there is no option to turn on it even in higher midrange smartphones. You have to download a third party application.
