I purchased M31s on 14th November, its hanging to much, yesterday i.e., 21st November it's totally locked up its cudnot  unlocked, touch  is working but but phones is not unlock.
I gon  to smasung  service center, they have also not understand and finely they software updated.
I need to replacement mobile.
What is the proceger.
