Galaxy MPhone might show full signals, if you are using a 4G SIM then VOLTE must be displayed beside network bars only then you can use
DON'T ALWAYS BLAME DEVICE OR THE UI FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S PROBLEM AND DON'T COMPARE YOUR DEVICE WITH OTHER DEVICES

Galaxy MIf your really a diehard fan of samsung means no one will change you..
finally the truth is irrespective of brands bugs are common now a days but company need to notice it and update in patch file..
this is how organization will get better day by day, anyhow samsung is a large MNC,
but i dont know when they will fix such things,
if am facing such issue its my problem, if many people noticed same then definitely samsung team need to fix.
