lock screen stories usually display their notification when restarting the phone or after updates. You can try this technique. Usually the setting is provided in display settings menu

If lock screen stories are already on, you will see an option to switch it off.

if lock screen stories are off, you don't need to do anything there.

HEY FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Go to Settings>Wallpapers and Themes>View All>Click on any wallpaper>Select Lockscreen>Wallpaper and Stories.
