already there, may be its your issue like buy on emi or buy from orher region where no s folder

M51 gt secure folder after recent ui2.5 update..but if you bought your device through Samsung finance+, then you have to wait till your emi gets completed, after this secure folder will work

If you have bought the mobile with Samsung Finance+ it is disabled till the completion of payment.
It also depends on region. They haven't released it in all region.
