i think secure folder or knox is hardware related. u wont get it by software update.

Unlike other apps which allow you to password protect apps, the Secure Folder is a separate conclave created on the storage, secured by hardware encryption. ...that means its a hardware function, cannot be provided by software

Samsung Galaxy M series doesn't support KNOX Protection and secure folder is based on Knox functionality, that's why galaxy m series doesn't support secure folder.

only m10s have secure folder among all m series..it can't give by simply software update. because secure folder need Knox security support which is hardwarely empowered built in specific device only..m30 only supports Knox deployment services for developer purposes
