may be or may not be ..because Samsung gave that feature in specific devices only even in same software update for different devices ...try Az recorder for now

Hope so in future..till then try some 3rd party apps like mnml or az screen recorder

Wait till android 11. As android 11 has the screenrecorder inbuilt, you'll recieve it with the update.
