I don't think Samsung will provide inbuilt screen recorder to your device since it already got its 2 major updates.
If you're interested to use third party recorders, you can go for: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It has pretty much all the useful features, with minimal ads and intuitive user interface.

You can change the resolution and the fps too.
