samsung M30 automatic shut down problem

Iam facing problem in samsung m30 that it automatically shut down when I use it.

If any one facing this problem please comment

Now Iam not facing this problem after I close the option of auto restart
To close the auto restart button follow these steps:
1. Go to settings and search Auto Restart
2.Than click on the option auto restart and close this.
If it will not work than try to Reset your device it will surely work.

When i use my camera of phone. Its automatically switched off/on. And sometimes its not open. I have lost Many times my important data due to this problem. Samsung custmer care(haldwani) also not fixing my problem.

It is a software bug issue.
Try to reset your phone

I am facing these problems on Samsung galaxy m30s

MY samsung m30s completed 2yrs in last month

1) suddenly hang followed by automatically switch off f/b auto restart

This is happening since last week daily 7/8 times

Samsung customer care - formated and updated mobile..still problem remain continue ....now they are saying this may be irreversible issue ..so purchase new mobile

Auto restart is already turnoff
battery is in good condition
No extra pics videos apps in mobile
still problem remains contained


My last model of Samsung had same issues within 2 yrs...

So totally disappointment. with Samsung

and complete loss of trust now with Samsung....

If anyone knows perfect solution plz help me
