problems in m20 after updation of android 10

Getting continuous system slow responses  with somtimes hanging issue in m20 after an update of android 10 and also

Facing major issue with home launcher apps are hard to scroll. 

Waiting for Samsung next update

bro if possible hard reset the phone after major update...it helped me on my s10 plus
Press Power Button to Turn off your Samsung Galaxy M20.
Press Volume Down+Power Button For 10 to 15 Seconds.
You will See Recovery mode on your mobile screen.
Use Volume button select “recovery ” to confirm by pressing power button
Select Wipe Data three times to confirm Power Button.
After that Select Ok To Clear all your data to confirm press by the power button.
After that Back to confirm it by the power button.
From recovery mode select “reboot system”.
It will Hard Reset your Samsung Galaxy M20 Mobile.

after hard reset my phone is working perfectly and i would recommend all of them who have the same issues as mine with m20 after android 10 update can hard reset thier phone once after update.

Hi there,

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).

> If device hangs in any particular application/game then Clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)

my phn was updated on 7 th january with android 10 update.Is theye any new software update? And when will i get that?

I too am experiencing this problem after the updation. Now my phone is totally off.  In background I could hear some messages coming to my in box now, but I am unable to open it as the screen is totally blank. The problem slowly started by wavy/dancing  icons, then slowly the screen became fading and then totally off.
