poor quality of motherboard of M21

i gave M21 for repair and never been able to connect to the service centre thereafter nor they called us. On the website seeing the tracker that repair is done , we reached service centre to the shock of our life that it is not repaired and they called to pay rs 177 ( less than usd 2) to say that mother board is not working for a phone of less than 18 months and need to pay Rs 7800 ( usd 100 for a phone of usd 180).

We requested that it must be poor quality of motherboard which stopped working in 15 months only otherwise it would last for 5 years.  

We requested even for some discount but they told you may take your phone or pay 7800 ( usd 100)

We took back phone , felt cheated from a world class company which is not accepting their bad quality of the ingrediants and poor workmanship.

It is not exactly motherboard fault. It is caused by software update and lack of software optimization

If it's software issue.
How same devices are working.
Certain batch of product is faulty.
That's why Samsung must repair free of cost.
