Dear Samsung, I was highly impressed with the features of your phone and I bought a Galaxy M21 Raven Black, 4gb/64gb worth INR 14000 on 21st August 2020 and used it very normally but from past few days it's getting overheated, lagging and randomly restarting. I cleared the cache data, deleted the all the data, hard reboot it and updated it to android 12 but still the problem is not solved. I went to one of your servicing center and they asked me to replace the Motherboard which is costing about INR 5525 but the resell price of my phone is INR 3K. Now I'm going to pay the price if your poor quality manufacture and your mistake. Samsung is always known for it's durability but you proved me wrong. I must have bought a Redmi, Realme or Poco phone instead of Samsung. At least they won't charge me high price for their mistake. Lost my faith on Samsung completely. Prefer everyone not to prefer Samsung.
