parts not available in the company for repair my damaged phone

Samsung Center in Sitamarhi(Bihar).

I went to the service center for mobile repair( damaged screen, not working 3.5mm jack and charging pin problem ).

But they called me after 2 days and told me that the parts is unavailable in the company. So i collect my mobile today. Then now what should i do.

Here is the receiving of the smartphone.

I do not see anywhere written parts are not available.

Get in written from service center that parts are not available.

I have never faced this situation where service center says parts are not available.

By the way you have mentioned Bihar in post. But in job sheet Moradabad, UP is mentioned.
I am not sure what is true.
