listen do one thing
Hard reset your device i am 90% sure that the issue will resolve.
but don't forget to backup your data before reset.

@Abhishekpriya this problem occurs after using m31s
i am having other varients of samsung ( A series ) , in that i am not facing any issues regarding this.

than the problem is with it's network bandwidth frequency now it's better to wait for next update and kindly send feedback request to Samsung that they can work on it.

To resolve network issue please follow below given step:-


1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
