Friends yesterday I faced an issue  with the earphones on my Galaxy M40. So I contacted the customer support through WhatsApp and instructed  me to get assist from nearby Samsung  service centre. And today I visited on and said about the complaint I faced So the guy told me the it must be the issue with usb type-c sub board . So I gave it for repair and left ,on evening they contacted me and said "The issue is not with the sub board ,it is with the main board and need to replace it ". 

So I asked the is the warranty is available then they replayed "Yes, it is available but we are unable to place the order for the product, And included we will wait 2 more days to place the order else the Samsung will provide a voucher valued same as the price I ordered the phone ".

Please help me guys what should I do , they even told they need to keep the phone for 2 weeks and cannot gave it back . 

 

Actually what is happening does anyone have this experience please help.

Bro but I am a college student so online classes are going I need it back as soon as possible .

Today I lost my class going to the service centre . And what should I do!!!

Will the service centre gives back the phone until the board arrive or the voucher comes , Because the phone is still mine and not having any major issues so that I can use it for my classes until then.

I saw your comments and learned that you had flashed your phone before giving to the service center so there's no personal data on it.. so instead of waiting for 2 weeks just get the voucher and mostly that voucher should be usable on samsung's website.. I am not sure about the redeeming process. You can ask the service center itself. If you don't get a proper response talk to the manager at that center and ask for his/her name.

So by taking the voucher you can actually get the latest phone also as you said yours was 11 months old.. probably you might be interested in some other latest phone which was launched after M40. Also you get a brand new phone instead of a repaired phone. In my opinion getting a voucher is better.

Thanks bro, If the voucher is usable on online it would  be fine . But there are no satisfying phones now at 20k , I cannot afford more , is there any possibility of adjustments in voucher . I am telling this because I was satisfied with M40 ,And because of the Samsung is not producing the board I am forcing to purchase a unsatisfying model.

kindly ask the service centre. Some service centre will allow you to take the phone back. And place the order. when the part arrives they will inform you

nothing special with voucher. you can collect it from service centre and can purchase a new handset from any Samsung authorized cafe. Not from any local shops.
