mobile network issue in m20

Hello, I have recently purchased m20 4 days back . I am having issues with mobile data network. I have 4G connection and I am using airtel .  In mobile network setting I can able to add new APN.also mobile does not show 4G anytime. Even I am not able to browse websites many times. I had spoken to operator but they are still finding  the issue . If you guys have any idea to resolve please help me. ANY IDEA WOULD ALSO APPRECIATED.

1. do you check for network mode in connections?
2. use the same sim in another mobile and check.
3. go to an offline office of your network provider.
4. visit Samsung service center

if all procedure not working .make a conference call between airtel and Samsung
