main camera won't zoom in and out

In m31 when I change camera mode to 64 resolution and try to zoom in or out but not able to do .....One warning message is coming on the screen that is "can't zoom in and out while using 64 MP resolution".

Please tell me how to resolve this issue ...

yes you can zoon on 64 (back) or 32 (front)
change ur ratio by clicki g on 3:4 from 64 mp to 3:4 it will work

when I select the ration 3:4 64 MP then zoom is not happening but when select ratio only 3:4 then it's working

When you're using 64MP or wide angle, you cannot zoom. You can do it in other modes.

Well, this is happening because the Samsung phone camera does not allow zooming while it is in the 64 megapixel mode. this is because of the high count of megapixels in that mode due to which you can crop the image instead of zooming digitally because digital zoom is nothing but cropping. however you can use the 12 megapixel mod for digital zoom. you can do this by changing the mode from 3:4 64 MP to only 3:4 aspect ratio.
