How can we transfer files from my m51 to pc using the type C to type C cable??

For this you have to need usb type A to type C cable..

Use a cable which has one end micro usb plug and another end type c plug.

Or in some laptops there is a specific type c port present. Use it.

In your phone Go to developer settings > Click on default USB configuration > Select file tranfeeing.
