I doubt whatsapp people are even in contact with developer team. Samsung members' feedback team sure is as I've witnessed it myself when we got CPU Usage bug/mistake in PerfZ was rectified after a conversation with them

Idk if they'll implement them against their executive's order because the system is made by those higher ups. I only requested/mentioned a certain bug fix which got fixed the very next day through an update

but still they must be having a proper system to get feedback and all and use it to maximize costumer satisfaction.. so I think what we tell them here and whatsapp is all heard... . and the higher ups must be going through these feedbacks

As far as I know developers are given certain degree of freedom that is used to utilize through feedbacks. But there are certain limits they can't go over so they can't provide us One UI full on M series as it'll make entire franchise of A series pointless compared to M series.
