m31s charging issue

For the last few weeks my m31s is not showing fast charging though it is enabled in settings and charging taking 3 hours which is way too much fpr 25 watt charger. Anyone else having this issue or any suggestions as service centres are closed nowadays.

It takes almost 2hr 30min to charge the m31s 100%
Plz solve this issue immediately
