Support required for Samsung M30 dual app (Facing issue in WhatsApp )

Hello team, I am facing issue in WhatsApp using via dual app provided by samsung in my samsung m30.
 1) At the time of Status update in WhatsApp Showing below error if do some editing in picture. ⚠️Couldn't load this photo. Please try again. 

 2) while sending image direct from camera to someone showing below error. The file format is not supported.

3) Received photos and videos are not going in gallery.

It's looks manybfacing this issue . This may be the software. Many mentioned same. Better send error report to samsung
