Please perform the following steps:
>Reset settings (Settings>>general management >>reset>>reset settings).
> Settings >>Apps>Tap on 3 dots>>show system apps >>Gallery >>storage >>clear cache.
> If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
